The film, only available in English, gives an overview of the first phase of the investigation, involving factual data collection by investigators.
All the information, proof and declarations available and linked to the elements in a situation which have led to the accident or incident, are evaluated, to check what can be considered as relevant or not.
The film serves as a pedagogical tool for a 1-day interactive ERA’s workshop on safety leadership targeting rail managers at all levels.
