In the afternoon of 19 June 2007, during manoeuvres in the bundle of the train formation facility of Genk Goederen, while executing a pushed manoeuvre the pushed wagons heavily collide with a car at a standstill on bundle 5. The collision happens around 3.40 p.m. during which the concerned rolling stock derails and as a result of the severe shock the terrain operator is pressed between the first wagon of the pushed series and the hit wagon at a standstill.
