Januar 2019 auf der festen Verkehrsverbindung Gro\u00dfer-Belt in D\u00e4nemark, als ein Personenzug mit einem transportierten Sattelanh\u00e4nger eines entgegenkommenden G\u00fcterzuges kollidierte. Der sogenannte \u201eGreat Belt Fixed Link\u201c ist eine Br\u00fccke-Tunnel-Verbindung von 18 km L\u00e4nge, zwischen den d\u00e4nischen Inseln F\u00fcnen und Seeland, wobei der Unfall sich auf der Westbr\u00fccke, in der N\u00e4he von F\u00fcnen, ereignete. Der Unfall ereignete sich w\u00e4hrend eines Sturms, der zur Schlie\u00dfung der Stra\u00dfenverkehrsverbindung, aber nicht der Eisenbahnverkehrsverbindung, gef\u00fchrt hatte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-340 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rail-investigation.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/danemark_great_belt_bridge2-300x160.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rail-investigation.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/danemark_great_belt_bridge2-300x160.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.rail-investigation.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/danemark_great_belt_bridge2.jpg 563w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Die vorl\u00e4ufigen Schlussfolgerungen der Nationalen Untersuchungsstelle (NIB) in D\u00e4nemark zeigen, dass Sattelanh\u00e4nger m\u00f6glicherweise nicht ausreichend gegen Bewegungen bei einem Transport auf sogenannten \u201ePocket Wagon\u201c (Taschenwagen) gesch\u00fctzt sind. Insbesondere wurde der Mechanismus zur Verriegelung des Kupplungsbolzen (Typ FW6170) des \u201ePocket Wagon\u201c mehrmals entriegelt vorgefunden. Aus diesem Grund hat die National Investigation Body von D\u00e4nemark einen Sicherheitsalarm ausgegeben und hat die Nationale Sicherheitsbeh\u00f6rde (NSA) von D\u00e4nemark dem Joint Network Secretariat (JNS) einen Antrag auf Einleitung eines Dringlichkeitsverfahren notifiziert.<br \/>\nDas JNS-Panel, das den gesamten Eisenbahnsektor vertritt, hat sein Einverst\u00e4ndnis gegeben und eine durch die Eisenbahnagentur der Europ\u00e4ischen Union organisierte und gef\u00fchrte Arbeitsgruppe gegr\u00fcndet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Arbeitsgruppe bestand aus Experten der betreffenden sektoralen Organisationen und hat einen Aktionsplan mit kurzfristigen Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Schadensbegrenzung festgelegt.
